Hacienda Del Sol: Tapas & Vino

A couple weeks ago I attended Hacienda Del Sol's Tapas & Vino event where they showcased their new menu item: paletas & vino. They are delicious homemade fruit popsicles that are added to your glass of sparkling wine! Yes! You read that right it's popsicles and wine. At the event I got to taste 3 different kinds of wine and got a little appetizer platter to go along with it.

The wines were the following:

Brut Sparkling
Castillo Perelada Brut Cava Reserve

Dry white
Cune Monopole 100% Viura

Dry red
Covilla Tempranillo, Rioja

The appetizer platter consisted of these delicious eats:

Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Olives
Artisan Cheese Sandwich
Artichoke, Roasted Red Pepper & Mozzarella Salad
